Celebrating Excellence at RHS Chelsea 2025 – A 5 Star honour for Jeremy Hastings

We are delighted to share some exciting news from this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show: Jeremy Hastings has been awarded a coveted 5-star rating for the second year running for his outstanding trade stand – an achievement that reflects both the quality of our products and the passion behind our small family-run business.

The judges at RHS Chelsea 2025 awarded ‘Outstanding’ in all areas, including:

• Overall Design
• Use of Plant Material
• Visual Merchandising
• Signage and Labelling
• Presentation, Detail, and Finish

In their comments, the judges praised the clarity and strength of our brand story, noting that each feature was “set in its own space,” allowing it to be appreciated in full. This thoughtful presentation beautifully demonstrated how our Cornish slate ball water features can be seamlessly integrated into gardens of all shapes and sizes.

Our trade stand showcased the versatility of our range — from 500mm water features: a perfect water feature for small gardens, to 1.5m statement pieces ideal for larger landscapes or housing developments. One standout attraction this year was the small Cornish Chimney, displayed amongst lush planting. It captured the imagination of many visitors, who appreciated its connection to Cornwall’s mining heritage and the locally sourced slate from which it is made.

Receiving this prestigious 5-star award means so much to us as a small, family-run business based in Cornwall. It’s a recognition not only of our elegant, handcrafted slate water features, but also of the dedication and care that goes into every aspect of what we do — from design and production to customer service and storytelling.
